COVERAGE

Have peace of mind knowing any product you purchase from us is covered under a limited warranty. TYNLAB warrants the player hardware is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists and the product is eligible for warranty, as its option TYNLAB will (a) repair the item without any fees, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TYNLAB's property. This limited warranty applies only to all parts and equipment of the product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, commercial use, or physical and water damage. In simple terms, products that have defects not caused by you and are still eligible within the warranty period will be fixed or replaced at no additional cost.
